Return / Exchange

At LeBunny Bleu, we take pride in your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. 
Please note, sale and promotional merchandise is not applicable for return or exhange. If you are not sure if your purchase falls in that category, please contact customerservice@lebunnybleu.com.

Return Policy

  • Shipping of returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. A service with tracking is recommended.
  • All items must be in unworn condition and in their original boxes unless discussed with a Customer Service Representative.
  • Merchandise that is approved for exchange will receive an online e-credit in the appropraite amount.
  • Promotional, clearance, flash Sale and sample sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. They are final sale

Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange an item for any available product by sending us shoes to the address bellow. Please note, exchanges will not be accepted unless communicated with a Customer Service Representative first. Please contact customerservice@lebunnybleu.com.
  • Shipping of returned/exhanged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise discussed. A service with tracking is recommended. 
  • Exchange / Return slip has to be filled and enclosed inside the package. 
  • Sale items may be exchanged.


LeBunny Bleu will refund your returned item(s) in full by crediting back to your original payment method, minus any Shipping costs.

Processing Times

For Returns: Please, allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed after your returned merchandise is processed at our warehouse.

For Exchanges: Once we receive your package, the exchange processing time is 3-7 business days. You will be notified by email when the exchange item is shipped to you.

Please, Note

  • Your return will finally be validated only after good condition inspection of the received merchandise. If your returned item(s) does not meet the conditions stated in the policies above, it cannot be restocked; thus your return will not be accepted. Additionally, Le Bunny Bleu will charge associated S&H fee - in proportion to the merchandise's weight - to send back unaccepted item(s).
  • Payment of any additional fees can be made exclusively through PayPal, upon bill issuance.
  • LeBunny Bleu reserves the right to change or review these policies at any time.
